Can we have the party at home?

Can Kidisco come to our school?

Absolutely! Kidisco is delighted to bring the party to your school. Our entertaining and engaging dance parties are perfect for school events or any other occasion where you want to inject some excitement and energy into the day. Whether it's celebrating the end of the school year, organising Active Week activities, hosting Halloween discos, or any other special event, Kidisco will ensure that students have a blast dancing and making memories together. Do I have to book a venue?

You have the flexibility to choose the venue that best suits your needs for the party. For most birthday parties, we typically run them in people's homes, utilising spaces like living rooms or playrooms. These intimate settings work exceptionally well, especially if you can close the curtains to enhance the effect of our disco lights. However, if you prefer a different location, such as a community centre, hall, hotel function room or any other venue of your choice, we're more than happy to accommodate that as well. Rest assured, if you opt for a venue outside of your home, we have public liability insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We can send any documents needed. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. Let us know your preference, and we'll make sure your party is a smashing success, regardless of the venue!

Can my child choose his/hers favorite party songs?

While we don't offer the option for children to choose their favourite songs during the party, rest assured that our selection of music is carefully curated to ensure a fun and energetic atmosphere for all attendees. Our professional DJs and entertainers are skilled at choosing tracks that appeal to children of various ages and tastes, keeping the dance floor hopping throughout the event. With our extensive playlist, we guarantee a fantastic party experience filled with hit songs and memorable tunes that will have everyone dancing and enjoying themselves to the fullest!

How do I book and pay for a party?

Booking your kid's party is easy. Simply call us on 085 7301104. Our party advisor will ask you for all your party details then request a deposit. Booking fee are paid by bank transfer. Booking fees must be paid within 2 working days of booking as we cannot hold a date for longer than 2 days. The balance of payment is then payable by cash on the day of the party.

Can I add or change my party details after booking?

Absolutely! We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to accommodate any adjustments or additions to your party details after booking. Whether you need to change the date, time, venue, or any other aspect of the event, simply let us know, and we'll work with you to make the necessary updates. Our goal is to ensure that your party is exactly how you envision it, so don't hesitate to reach out to us with any changes or requests. We're here to make your party planning experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!

What happens if I need to cancel a party?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your child's party. That's why we offer a free booking transfer service to accommodate such situations. If the unforeseen happens, such as the birthday child falling ill, simply give us a call or send us an email, and we'll work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. Once a new date has been agreed upon, we'll transfer your booking fee to the new party date at no additional cost. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us, and we're committed to making the party planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
